Join Kelly from Beyond the Manuals at SOLEO Wellness for an 8-week, in-person group designed for both new and veteran moms with babies ages 0–4 months.

This is a space to connect with other moms in a similar season, talk honestly about the highs and challenges of new motherhood, and build friendships that extend beyond the group.

We’ll talk about:

  • Newborn care

  • Postpartum care for mom

  • Mental health & emotional wellbeing

  • Feeding & newborn sleep

  • Relationships & communication

  • Returning to work (or not!)

  • Building community & lasting friendships

FAQ

  • Absolutely! SOLEO is a baby-friendly space and this circle is designed with you and your baby in mind.

  • We’re moms so we get it. Things come up. Please try to give your Circle Lead at least 24 hours advance notice of an absence.

    You will receive a brief recap and any resources shared in that session. Since this is an individualized group offering, we will not be able to offer make-up sessions.

  • All the above are always welcome. We have a lactation room available and all the necessities you would need to support you and your baby.

  • Please stay home if you or your baby are feeling sick. We will share materials and recaps afterwards.
