SOLEO Day provides specialized maternal mental health treatment for women during pregnancy and postpartum experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, burnout, or emotional overwhelm.

  • Our postpartum Day Program provides additional support for mothers who may be struggling emotionally during pregnancy or postpartum and are looking for more structure, connection, and care than weekly therapy can provide.

  • Participants attend 3 to 5 days per week, with flexible half-day or full-day tracks to accommodate schedules and rest needs. Onsite baby support is available, empowering mothers to engage fully in treatment while remaining close to their babies.

    9:00: Arrival, Breakfast & Grounding

    9:15: Check-In Circle

    9:30: Group Therapy (CBT/DBT-focused session led by perinatal therapists)

    10:30: Transition time/break to grab snack, drink, etc.

    10:45: Holistic Healing Session (rotating daily)

    11:45 (for half-day participants): Closing Circle & Transition Home

    11:45 (for full-day participants): Lunch & rest

    12:45: Group therapy #2

    1:45: Transition time/break to grab snack/drink

    1:55: Final group/processing exercise

    2:45: Closing circle + transition home
