SOLEO was created by two moms—six kids between us, and one shared belief: moms deserve better. We recognized the need for better support, deeper community, and a space where every mother’s journey is honored and shared.

One of us, a perinatal psychotherapist, sat with countless women navigating the emotional toll of new motherhood—alone. The other spent years leading operations at a major healthcare company. From different sides of the system, we saw the same thing: a massive gap in care for moms during the most vulnerable, transformative phase of life.

We also felt it personally. As mothers ourselves, we craved more than just appointments—we longed for connection, real support, and a community that truly got it.

SOLEO is our response. It's more than a clinic—it's a movement. A space rooted in clinical excellence, deep compassion, and the kind of community every mom deserves.
