A Trusted Partner in Perinatal Mental Health Care

When your patient needs more support than traditional outpatient therapy or a step down from inpatient care, SOLEO provides specialized, baby-inclusive care designed to help them heal while remaining connected to their family and community.

Our goal is to stabilize your client so they can return to your care with additional skills, support, and confidence.

Would Your Patient Benefit From More Support?

Consider referring to SOLEO Day if your patient is:

  • Struggling in the time between weekly therapy appointments

  • Struggling to care for themselves, their baby, or meet the demands of daily life

  • Unable to use coping skills outside of session despite ongoing treatment

  • Finding it difficult to bond with their baby or adjust to the transition into parenthood

  • Showing worsening symptoms despite weekly therapy or medication

  • Experiencing persistent anxiety, depression, intrusive thoughts, birth trauma, or significant emotional distress

Your Therapeutic Relationship Matters

We view ourselves as an extension of your care - not a replacement for it.

Whenever clinically appropriate, we encourage patients to continue meeting with their established outpatient therapist while participating in SOLEO Day. We believe continuity of care strengthens treatment outcomes and helps patients transition more successfully after completing our program.

With the patient's consent, we collaborate closely throughout treatment by sharing updates, coordinating care, and providing discharge recommendations so you can seamlessly continue supporting your client.
