Our focus

Care rooted in your story

Whether you’re experiencing anxiety, depression, birth trauma, relational shifts, or simply seeking to reconnect with yourself, our care is rooted in both clinical expertise and deep respect for your personal story.

When helpful, partners are invited into the therapeutic process to support communication, shared understanding, and the strengthening of the couple’s connection during this stage.

Our approach

How we work with you

Perinatal-specialized clinicians

You’ll work with licensed therapists trained specifically in maternal mental health and trauma-informed care. We offer a therapeutic relationship built on warmth, non-judgment, and collaboration.

Personalized, evidence-based treatment

Sessions are tailored to your needs and goals, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and mindfulness-based approaches.

A whole-person lens

We honor the connection between mind, body, and identity. Our therapists integrate psychoeducation, somatic awareness, and emotional processing to support lasting change, not just symptom relief.

Partner-inclusive support

You can include your partner in select sessions to explore communication, co-parenting, role transitions, and how to navigate shared challenges together.

Support through every phase

From the early days of motherhood to the challenges months, or even years, after birth, weekly therapy offers consistent, adaptable support.

Getting started

In person or by telehealth

Appointments are offered in person or via secure telehealth. We accept private pay, including HSA + FSA, and will provide a superbill for insurance reimbursement as desired. Sliding scale (opens in a new tab) available.
