Early Postpartum Circle (0-6 months)

What: This eight week circle blends expert guidance with real-life connection. We open with simple check-ins, explore a practical topic, and leave time for honest conversation. Babies are welcome always.

Possible topics include:

  • The Emotional Landscape of Early Motherhood

  • Identity Shifts & “Becoming Mom”

  • Rest, Nourishment & Physical Recovery

  • Bonding & Attachment

  • Support Systems & Asking for Help

  • Relationships & Communication the Postpartum Period

  • The Invisible Load of Motherhood

  • Gentle Coping Tools for Stress & Overwhelm

We will also bring in topic-experts on relevant topics.

Who: Any parent in the first six months postpartum looking for community, realistic tools, and gentle support for the identity shift of early parenting is welcome.

When & where:

  • Wednesdays at 10:00am-11:00am

  • Runs June 17th through August 5th

  • Hosted at SOLEO

*To keep this experience intimate and individualized, groups are capped at 10 participants.

Pricing: $350 for the full 8-week session

FAQ

  • Absolutely! SOLEO is a baby-friendly space and this circle is designed with you and your baby in mind.

  • We’re moms so we get it. Things come up. Please try to give your Circle Lead at least 24 hours advance notice of an absence.

    You will receive a brief recap and any resources shared in that session. Since this is an individualized group offering, we will not be able to offer make-up sessions.

  • All the above are always welcome. We have a lactation room available and all the necessities you would need to support you and your baby.

  • Please stay home if you or your baby are feeling sick. We will share materials and recaps afterwards.
