Moms by the Shore Night Out @ SOLEO

$25.00

Join Moms by the Shore for an Evening of Community and Connection with SOLEO Wellness + Coord Health

Whether you are hoping to be or currently expecting, navigating the "fourth trimester," or raising school-aged kids, your health (both mental and physical) matters. We invite you to step away from the daily hustle for an evening of connection and community at SOLEO Wellness in Duxbury.

The Details

  • Date: Tuesday, May 19th, 2026

  • Time: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM

  • Location: SOLEO Wellness [Duxbury, MA]

The Experience

We’ll begin the evening from 6:00 PM – 6:30 PM with wine and light bites, giving you the chance to meet other local moms and settle into our restorative space.

We'll then transition into an intimate panel discussion featuring specialized experts in women's health. The conversation will be thoughtfully moderated by Katherine Sylvester of Safe Harbor Doula ensuring a supportive environment where no topic is off-limits.

Meet the Speakers

We will bring in additional community experts (Alyssa of Invisible Thread/The Apiary; Olivia of The List).

What We’ll Discuss

We're moving past "Pinterest-perfect" expectations to tackle the real challenges in an honest, fluff-free conversation!

  • Nutrition Reality Check: Quick tips to reframe common "diet" misconceptions and a rapid-fire debunking of the biggest myths moms face today.

  • Your Wellness Toolbox: Discover the under-utilized resources for better fueling — from the role of Registered Dietitians to understanding chatter around lab tests, GLP-1s and more

  • The "Invisible" Mental Load: An open dialogue on the burnout, overwhelm, and societal expectations that often go unspoken.

  • Support & Self-Connection: Practical strategies for asking for help that actually works and finding realistic ways to feel like "you" again amidst the chaos.

Who Should Attend?

Any and all moms! Whether you are a first-time mom or a seasoned pro, this event is focused on the shared experience of womanhood in a safe, supportive environment.

Attire: Come as you are—comfortable and casual.
