What We Offer

Motherhood Circles

Four young women sitting on a wooden bench in a tulip garden, one woman touching another woman's hand.

Motherhood can be beautiful—and also isolating, overwhelming, and full of contradictions.

Our Motherhood Circles are expert-facilitated groups that center the wellbeing of the mother—offering a supportive space to process the emotional, relational, and identity shifts of postpartum life. These circles are not only about navigating the challenges of motherhood, but about finding your people—other moms who truly understand, so you don’t have to go through it alone.

Being a mother can stir parts of you that feel unfamiliar, tender, or completely overwhelming.

A supportive, one-on-one space for women navigating the emotional and identity shifts of the postpartum period. Whether you're facing anxiety, depression, birth trauma, or simply seeking to reconnect with yourself, our care is grounded in clinical expertise and compassion. Partner and/or baby may be included when helpful to strengthen connection and shared understanding.
