Birth & Beyond is a thoughtfully curated, 3-part prenatal preparation series led by perinatal experts, created for expecting parents who want more than just the basics.
This series goes beyond traditional birth classes by addressing not only labor and delivery, but also postpartum mental health, emotional preparation, partner support, and the realities of early parenthood — and by discussing the topics that everyone says “I wish I knew that before having a baby”.
