About the Series
Birth & Beyond is not your average birth prep class.
This 3-part series brings together a multidisciplinary team of perinatal experts to support you through pregnancy, birth, and the early postpartum period as a whole experience.
This series is guided by trusted perinatal specialists, including a pelvic floor physical therapist, lactation consultant, midwife, nutritionist, mental health therapist, and sleep coach—offering well-rounded, real-world support for pregnancy and beyond.
This series is designed to quiet the noise, normalize a wide range of experiences, and provide grounded, expert-led guidance so you feel prepared, supported, and oriented as you enter this next chapter.
