What: This eight-week circle blends expert guidance with real-life connection for the later postpartum season. We open with simple grounding check-ins, explore a practical topic relevant to parenting a growing baby, and leave time for honest conversation. Babies and toddlers are welcome—always.

Possible topics include:

  • The Emotional Landscape of Later Postpartum

  • Identity Shifts as Babies Become Toddlers

  • Reclaiming Space for Yourself: Rest, Boundaries & Mental Load

  • Toddler Behavior, Regulation & Attachment

  • Navigating Changing Relationships & Communication

  • Returning to Work (in home or out of the home), Career Transitions & Redefining Balance

  • The Invisible Load of Toddlerhood

  • Gentle Coping Tools for Stress, Overwhelm & Burnout

We will also bring in topic-experts on relevant topics.

Who: Any parent between nine and eighteen months postpartum looking for community, practical tools, and supportive guidance for the evolving identity of motherhood is welcome.

When & where:

  • Tuesdays 10:00am-11:00am

  • Runs January 13th through March 3rd

  • Hosted at SOLEO

*To keep this experience intimate and individualized, groups are capped at 10 participants.

Pricing: $350 for the full 8-week session.

FAQ

  • Absolutely! SOLEO is a baby-friendly space and this circle is designed with you and your baby in mind.

  • We’re moms so we get it. Things come up. Please try to give your Circle Lead at least 24 hours advance notice of an absence.

    You will receive a brief recap and any resources shared in that session. Since this is an individualized group offering, we will not be able to offer make-up sessions.

  • All the above are always welcome. We have a lactation room available and all the necessities you would need to support you and your baby.

  • Please stay home if you or your baby are feeling sick. We will share materials and recaps afterwards.
