SOLEO Day

  • SOLEO is an evidence-based, integrative day treatment model designed to support women navigating the complex emotional, physical, and psychological journey of the postpartum period. Tailored for mothers experiencing perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs), birth trauma, identity transitions, and maternal adjustment challenges, this program bridges clinical excellence with compassionate, whole-person care - and actively includes the family system in the healing process.

    • Daily Therapeutic Groups & Individual Sessions
Grounded in modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS), group sessions foster emotional resilience, interpersonal connection, and identity integration. Individual psychotherapy and psychiatric sessions are tailored to address each mother's unique story.

      • Somatic and Mind-Body Healing
Incorporating trauma-informed yoga, mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR), guided meditation, reiki, acupuncture, and vagal nerve toning, the program supports nervous system regulation and reconnection with the body.

      • Maternal-Infant Bonding Support
With a strong emphasis on the mother-baby dyad, our program includes attachment-focused interventions, infant massage instruction, and co-facilitated bonding sessions to nurture secure attachment and relational healing.

      • Family Participation & Partner Integration
Recognizing that postpartum healing happens within a family system, we offer dedicated family education sessions, couples support, and partner-inclusive therapy options. These sessions focus on strengthening communication, co-parenting, emotional attunement, and navigating changing dynamics. We empower partners and loved ones with tools to understand PMADs and actively support recovery.

      • Nutritional & Functional Wellness
Nutritional consultations and functional wellness support promotes recovery and vitality, recognizing the role of gut health, hormonal balance, and sleep in postpartum healing.

      • Community & Peer Support
Peer support groups and shared mothering experiences facilitated by clinician provide validation, reduce isolation, and build lasting social support networks.

  • Participants attend 3 to 5 days per week, with flexible morning or afternoon tracks to accommodate feeding schedules and rest needs. Onsite infant care support is available, empowering mothers to engage fully in treatment while remaining close to their babies.
