Motherhood Circles
-
Motherhood can be beautiful—and also isolating, overwhelming, and full of contradictions. Our Motherhood Circles are facilitated therapeutic groups designed to support women in the postpartum period as they navigate the emotional, relational, and identity shifts that come with becoming a mother.
Led by perinatal-trained therapists, and experts in the field, these groups offer a blend of clinical insight and genuine community—a place to process, to connect, and to feel less alone in the tender and transformative months (and years) after birth.
-
Real Connection with Other Moms - Share openly in a space free from comparison, pressure, or performance. Our groups foster deep connection and validation through shared experience and honest conversation.
Therapeutic Facilitation - Each group is guided by a licensed therapist specializing in maternal mental health, offering structure, gentle guidance, and tools to support emotional wellbeing, nervous system regulation, and identity integration.
Topics That Matter - Explore themes like postpartum anxiety and depression, relationship and identity changes, sleep, rage, grief, boundaries, body image, and redefining self in motherhood.
-
Groups meet weekly for 8-week cycles.
